Best of Haiti Real Estate has significant experience in the operation and management of real estate. We are also fully capable of effectively managing owner’s real estate and has the necessary staff to do so. We are prepared to carry out the exclusive management and operation of the property of the owner according to the provisions set out in a signed agreement.
- Collection and payment: Best of Haiti Real Estate will collect all rents as they are due; submit to the Owner a monthly or yearly accounting of the rents received and the expenses paid; and remit to the Owner all income, less any sums paid in advance. Best of Haiti Real Estate will collect rents from tenants and to make payment of funds by regular mail or as instructed by the Owner no later than the current day of the month, provided however that rents have been received from tenants.
- Maintenance and labor: Best of Haiti Real Estate undertakes to coordinate maintenance work and to inform the Owner of the results thereof.
- Legal Procedures: Best of Haiti Real Estate will promote vacant rental units, screen tenants and select tenants with appropriate creditworthiness. Best of Haiti Real Estate advises the landlord on current market conditions and recommends an approximate ceiling for rental prices. Best of Haiti Real Estate will rent and lease the property; to sign, renew and cancel rental contracts and related leases. The seller reserves the right to sue and recover for rental purposes, loss or damage, part of the property and / or its furnishings; and, when appropriate, to reach an agreement, to settle and to terminate legal proceedings or proceedings.
- Preventive maintenance: Best of Haiti Real Estate will carry out an entry and exit inventory, and submit a report on the inventory of each occupied rental unit, twice a year.
